A Settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit filed against Orthopaedics of Jackson Hole, P.C. dba Teton Orthopaedics (the “Defendant” or “Teton Orthopaedics”) regarding its computer systems that were impacted by unauthorized actors and discovered in March 2024 (“Data Breach”).  Plaintiffs, Richard Clyde and Anthony Hernandez, allege that the Data Breach exposed personally identifiable information (“PII”) and protected health information (“PHI”) of Teton Orthopaedics’ current and former patients.

You are a Settlement Class member if you are a resident of the United States whose personally identifiable information (“PII”) and personal health information (“PHI”) was compromised in the Data Breach discovered by Teton Orthopaedics in March 2024, including all those individuals who received notice of the breach.

What Are My Options?

Submit a Claim Form

— Deadline: March 18, 2026

You must submit a valid Claim to receive benefits from this Settlement.

Exclude Yourself

— Deadline: February 16, 2026

This is the only option that allows you to keep your right to sue about the claims in this Lawsuit. You will not get any monetary benefit or credit monitoring from the Settlement.

Object

— Deadline: February 16, 2026

Stay in the Settlement but tell the Court why you think the Settlement should not be approved.

Do Nothing

If you do nothing, you remain in the Settlement. You give up your rights to sue and you will not get any Settlement Benefits.
